Here's a recipe that I just made up today because I found out that I have no corn to make corn soup.

Ingredients:

- Chicken Broth
- 1 chicken breast or thighs
- 2 eggs (whisk with fork)
- egg noodles
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- salt & pepper to taste
-1 tbsp sugar

How to:

1. Boil chicken broth with the chicken, then add the egg noodles
2. removed the chicken when it's done, and using processor I chopped it finely so Carissa will eat them
3. when the soup boiling, add the whisked eggs little by little and stir the soup so the eggs will not clamp together.
4. add milk, put the chicken back to the soup
5. add salt, pepper & sugar.. taste it..
6. Dilute cornstarch with a lil bit of water, and add it little by little to the soup to thicken the soup.
7. ENJOY :).

From blog images

 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimps, shell removed and butterflied.
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ lb all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk (I used honey instead)
  • oil for deep frying

Steps:

  1. Combine shrimps, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Dip the shrimps into egg, then cover with flour. Repeat this one more time.
  3. Pour 1″ oil in a pot. Turn the heat on medium. When the oil is hot enough, deep fry the shrimps until golden brown. Do this in batches to avoid overcrowding the pot. Set aside the shrimps.
  4. Mix together the mayonnaise and condensed milk.
  5. Heat a clean skillet on medium. Pour the mayonnaise and milk into the skillet. Return the deep fried shrimps into the skillet and fold gently to cover the shrimps with the mayonnaise and condensed milk. Transfer to a serving platter.
